Before you preorder
A preorder is an order for an item scheduled to become available later. Review the seller, release date, estimated shipping window, quantity limits, payment schedule and cancellation terms on the listing. Checkout requires you to accept the displayed preorder payment and shipping terms. We retain that acceptance, its time and the item-specific terms with your order.
Payment and shipping
The listing and checkout show whether payment is collected in full or as a deposit, the amount due now and any remaining balance. A remaining balance requires the payment process described in your order; an unpaid amount is not a refund entitlement. Current handling is 3–5 business days after release and completion of required payment, unless the listing states a different handling window. Carrier transit time is additional. A release estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delays and cancellation
The seller is responsible for a reasonable basis for the promised shipping window. If shipment cannot meet that window, the seller must notify you of the delay, provide a revised estimate when available, and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund of amounts paid. We will seek any further consent required for a later delay. Contact the seller or support@qwikemart.com if you do not agree to wait or want help with the listing's cancellation process. We do not treat a missed shipping promise as permission to keep your money indefinitely.
Refunds for an approved cancellation cover amounts actually collected, including applicable shipping and tax adjustments. No fee is charged for cancellation because the seller cannot meet the agreed shipping commitment. After shipment, the Returns and Refunds Policy applies. The Shipping Policy and Marketplace Policy explain seller responsibilities and escalation.
