Who sells and ships
The seller identified on the listing and order owns that item and is responsible for its listing and fulfillment. Qwik-E-Mart is the seller for its own inventory. Outside-seller registration is currently closed. When approved outside sellers are admitted, their products belong to them; their staff may act only within permissions granted for that seller.
Seller requirements
Sellers must maintain a usable ship-from address, monitored email address, telephone number and verified payout information required for their approved payment arrangement. Listings must accurately describe price, stock, condition, accessories, variants, images and shipping package information. Sellers must honor published handling, delivery, preorder and return commitments and may not misrepresent counterfeit, unavailable or prohibited goods.
Orders, returns and disputes
The seller and its staff pack orders, hand them to the carrier and provide tracking. Sellers handle wrong, damaged, faulty or inaccurately described items at their expense, including required return postage. Change-of-mind terms must be disclosed before purchase. Current Qwik-E-Mart listings use the Returns and Refunds Policy. See the Shipping Policy and, where applicable, the Preorder Policy.
Contact the seller through your order or support@qwikemart.com for unresolved issues. Qwik-E-Mart can review disputes and restrict seller access. Our review does not remove a seller's responsibilities or your applicable legal rights.
Balances and payouts
Qwik-E-Mart's own sales settle through its business payment-provider account. Outside sellers require a separate approved payee and payout arrangement before selling. Their agreed fees, holds, refunds and adjustments determine eligible balances; an order total or pending balance is not a promise of an immediate payout. Taxes collected for an order are not seller proceeds. Sellers may not use another seller's account or payout destination.
Buyer information and offsite purchases
Sellers may use buyer information only as needed to fulfill the order, handle support and meet applicable obligations. They must keep it secure and may not access other sellers' orders or use buyer details for unrelated marketing. Purchases completed through affiliate links on another website follow that retailer's policies; these offsite transactions are distinct from orders placed on Qwik-E-Mart.
