This policy explains how QWIK-E-MART LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on qwikemart.com.
Necessary technologies
Necessary cookies and local storage support secure sessions, authentication, carts, checkout, language and display preferences, fraud prevention, and your consent choice. They cannot be disabled through our analytics controls because the service may not function correctly without them.
- Session and security cookies: generally last for the browser session or the limited authentication period configured for the account.
- Cart and service-preference storage: retains the cart, language, interface, and other requested service choices for the period needed to provide the feature.
- qem_analytics_consent: remembers "yes" or "no" for up to 180 days. Recording and honoring the choice is necessary even when optional analytics are declined.
Optional analytics
Optional first-party analytics help us count visits and understand popular pages, campaigns, and approximate geographic patterns. They do not start until you select "Allow analytics." Detailed first-party analytics normally expire after 90 days. The consent choice may remain in your browser for up to 180 days so we can remember it.
- qem_analytics_visitor: a random first-party identifier lasting up to 180 days after consent.
- qem_analytics_session: a random first-party session identifier lasting about 30 minutes after consent.
- Campaign, product, search, and daily-deal measurement: optional event records and short-lived uniqueness cookies, normally no longer than 24 hours for the cookie and 90 days for detailed events.
Supported third-party analytics providers are also blocked until analytics consent. We will identify an active provider here before enabling it. Qwik-E-Mart currently does not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising.
Your controls
Use Cookie Preferences in the site footer to allow or decline optional analytics at any time. Browser controls can also delete cookies. Supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable optional analytics.
