These Sell-to-Us Terms apply when you submit an item for evaluation or sale directly to QWIK-E-MART LLC.
Eligibility and ownership
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to sell the item. The item must not be stolen, counterfeit, subject to another person's lien, unsafe, recalled, prohibited, or unlawfully obtained.
Accurate submission
You must accurately describe the item, condition, accessories, defects, locks, financing status, and identifying details. Preliminary estimates are not binding offers. A final offer may change after inspection, authentication, testing, or verification.
Shipping and inspection
Follow the provided packing and shipping instructions. Remove personal data and accounts from devices before sending them. Unless we expressly state otherwise, you remain responsible for your data and backups. We may refuse, return, quarantine, or report an item where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, or law.
Offer and payment
The final offer will state its acceptance period and available payout method. Ownership transfers only after you validly accept the final offer and any required checks are complete. If you decline or do not timely accept, return shipping and handling will follow the instructions shown for the submission.
